Detailed Itinerary
Upon your arrival at Guwahati, our representative will be their to receive
you with the warm welcome. From airport you will be transferred to the
Nameri National Park, where you are scheduled to stay for the full three
days (
1st, 2nd and 3rd day) of the tour. Enjoy the elephant ride to
explore the rich flora and fauna of the park in the early morning hours. If
you seeking for some adventure, you may trek inside the park, accompanied by
a forest guide. You can also explore the park on a boat ride in the Bhorelli
River. Along with the wildlife viewing, spend some time fishing and angling
in the river. It also provides the very good opportunity for the water
sports lovers to take the thrills of river rafting inside the park. You can
also picnic and make lots of fun on the sandy beaches of the Jia Bhorelli
river and Tipi. Take the excursion tour to the 'city of eternal romance'
called Tezpur. Night stay in Nameri will be at tented accommodation inside
the park.
The next three days (
4th, 5th and 6th day)
you will be discovering the famous Kaziranga National Park. Visit to the
Kaziranga National Park is the close interaction with the nature. Take the
elephant ride around the park in the early hours of the dawn. Spot Indian
One Horned Rhinos , herds of wild elephants, buffaloes swimming in the water
and other animals while taking the elephant safari in the Park. You will not
forget to capture these precious moments in your handicam or digital camera.
Indulge yourself in Bird watching, spot the tiny species of birds through
the binoculars. If you want to have close encounter with the wilds, you can
go for the jeep safari inside the park. You can stroll through the lush
coffee plantations and Tea Gardens around the park. Make a visit to the
Kabri villages, enchant with villagers and observe their daily routine of
life. Spend some time relaxing and hanging out with your companions around
the bonfire. Enjoy watching the film shows on wild life at the Park.
Overnight will be in the tourists lodge at the Kaziranga National Park.
After the wildlife exploration move towards Dibrugarh on the
7th day
of the tour. Venture through the wide Tea Gardens ans take the scenic walk
around the town to admire its natural beauty. Spend overnight at a bunglow
in the tea estate. Your wildlife tour in the Northeast India does not end
here, you have some more excitement awaiting for you at the Namdapha
National park. You will be spending two days (
8th and 9th day) of
the tour at this park. Take the nature walk to discover the flora and fauna
of the park. You can go for trekking and hiking inside the park. Take the
elephant ride to explore the wilds at the park. Camping and angling are the
other adventure activities which you can enjoy here. Make a visit to the
nearby villages and enjoy the cultural programs performed by the tribal
people. You will be accommodated at Camp Namdapha for the overnight stay in
the park. On the
10th day of the tour leave for Dibrugarh Airport
for departure
